Roses in December: Mystica

It's a flimsy!
Mystica
84.5 x 84.5

I used rose prints in all of the HSTs.

I made all of the HSTs in July and started assembly of the top last month but then got sidetracked by Nine Patches.

I like how it turned out. Now I think it will go into the hand quilting pile of tops.

This month I'm going to work with my rose print scraps and yardage and I hope to finish a few tops and maybe even get a rosy one quilted.

Your quilt top Mystica is a beauty. Coral and turquoise always look gorgeous together.
More to come with Rose prints, good choice.
Super clothesline photo too!

Beautiful! Such a lovely way to combine those rose prints.

The color choices for your quilt make it a beauty so don’t let the roses take all the credit. And it seems to have some demented rose garden genes.

Yeah, like Sally said!
And also WOW!

Beautiful rose top!!! Wow, those colors play off each other so well. Rose fabrics are timeless. Great pattern choice, even though it is on the demented side. (!)

This is a beauty and definitely worthy of hand quilting.

It really is a gorgeous quilt with wonderful colors. I would be so proud of it!

This is unusual. Great idea. Definitely needs the extra input of hand quilting. Another heirloom quilt for the Hope Chest I think.

I always love your rose quilts. They look like they belong in fairy tales. This one could be the quilt Belle owned before she went off to have her adventures in Beauty and the Beast. Always artfully designed and assembled, and I love love love the hand quilting touches you add to them!

Another Beauty, indeed. Thanks for sharing it with us.

you really have such a great eye for color. I love this one. Is this a pattern in particular, or just something you threw together?
