Serendipity

I just made eight more Stone Mason's Puzzle blocks. I'm calling my quilt Serendipity. It is inspired by a vintage quilt.  Each block contains at least one blue-green fabric and they are approximately 12 inches finished.  If you want more of the back story  and how I'm making the blocks it's in my May 9 post.

I now have 28 blocks and my target is 35 blocks for a 5 x 7 setting.

My OMG (One Monthly Goal) for September is to finish 7 more blocks and then sew them into a top.

A wonderful scrappy colourful mix! And I do like how you have include a blue/green fabric in each for continuity, such a good idea to get just a little bit of control over going scrappy!

Thank you for the clear instructions. I did, however, find myself wondering why not just make it with rectangles and squares. It would be a bit more cutting but without the paper removal.
