It's a Flimsy! Salsa Dancing

Salsa Dancing
72 x 90
It's a flimsy!

When finished it will replace the tattered quilt my hubby keeps on the back of his recliner and evidently uses frequently.  He loves salsa and grows most of the ingredients for it - peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, onions.   I had most of those ingredients in my stash as well as a few chips.

I finished the blocks and assembled the top.
At the end of the month I'll link up to Elm Street Quilts OMG.

I thought I should try to get my goal accomplished since I'll be gone for a week.

Oh Cathy, that is so awesome! I’m sure you could finish this top, finish two others, rotate the tires with one hand tied behind your back and STILL have a week to spare! Have fun on your vacay!!

Kinda like a salad spinner! The colors are wonderful and the fabrics are lively.

You may call it Salsa, and as I looked at the close shots I understood. But as soon as I saw the food, a song came to mind "When a moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that's amore"
Now I'm going to have to find some pizza topping fabric and make the crusts a tan color....
