Fabulous! I love how brave you are quilting with dark thread on light pieces!!
This will be so lovely--i like the darker thread contrast a lot...hugs, Julierose
I love this quilt! The red is absolutely perfect with the 1930s scraps. I'm tempted to make one like it. Your hand quilting is just what this old top needs.
Looking great. The red is so right for your quilt.
That is so pretty! I love the red, too. Do you use a specific kind of thread for big stitch quilting?
Love the look of the darker thread. This is such a bright and happy quilt
I absolutely love this quilt. The red is perfect and big stitching it is a good choice.
Looking forward to seeing the quilt with the quilting completed! I know, I know. It will be a while. Until then... happy slow stitching!
This is going to be lovely. I definitely need to use more red in my quilts. Thanks for linking up with Oh Scrap!
Yeahhhhh, for hand quilting! Elaine Adair
Lovely! I have a table runner that I want to Big Stitch on, but have had trouble using the hoop like yours! Any hints? Could my batting be too thick?
I like that your scissors look so pretty with this quilt. Big stitching seems like a good fit for this one.
Enjoy! Thanks for linking up with Elm Street Quilts and good luck with your project!
Looking terrific! I love solid red with scrappy and your big stitch quilting is perfect.
Great choice! I love scrappy, and this is a pretty one with the red focus.
