Transformations

Aqua/Turquoise/Blue-Green is the Rainbow Scrap Challenge (RSC) color of the month.

Several years ago I made over 300 3 inch finished Square in Square (SIS) blocks as one of my RSC projects to use scraps.   I've been slowly turning those SIS blocks into 3 different quilts.

With a few aqua scraps this week I turned some SIS blocks into six inch Stars...

...and six inch I Spy Happy Blocks.

And sew on...

I always love all your ideas, and they give me ideas and energy to “upgrade” my little SIS blocks too!

Great hues of those turquoises in the Stars--and the "I Spies" are so cute--nice work hugs, Julierose

Great use of the left over sis blocks! Also gorgeous colour in your Warm Bits and Pieces, a nice size too.

Way to put those SIS blocks to great use! I am always in awe of quilters making SIS blocks because I usually fail miserably making them. Good job! Have a wonderful weekend.
