Wonky Log Cabin Top

Wonky Log Cabin
It's a top!
When finished it will be a donation quilt for a child
40 x 60

Made of strings with either 4 or 4.5 inch novelty centers with dark backgrounds.

Blocks are 12.5 inch unfinished. In between the columns I added sashing of 1.5  x 12. 5 inch  strips in the colors of he blocks on either side.   This was in order to get to my desired 40 inch width.

And sew on...

This is awesome - I cannot believe how many strips and strings you must have in your stash to make so many wonderfully scrappy donation quilts. Wow.
