Kaleidoscopes

Blue Collar Work

This month I added 20 more eight inch kaleidoscope blocks to the pile. And now there are 73.  I might stop at 100.  I still have lots of shirt pieces.

Such a lovely block design. I love the pops of orange and red, it doesn't need many of them to have a big impact, does it? Actually I think if there were lots of red and orange segments it wouldn't have the same dramatic effect.

You have to know how much I love that block - that great just sets those plaids off like none other!

I’ve. Even mulling over another kaleidoscope quilt and this delightful one reminds me to get busy.

I've been derelict with my own kaleidoscopes. I need to get my ruler and my finished blocks out and see what I need/want to add!
