Boo Boo Patches

I now have finally met my goal of 260 blocks for a 20 x 13 layout and a 60 x 78 quilt.
I named them Boo Boo Patches because when I first started making them in 2023 I made some strip sets from 1.5 inch width scraps and intended to cut the strip sets into 2.5 inch pieces but made a big mistake (Boo Boo) and cut them into 1.5 inch pieces. Well I just went with the flow and have been making these Boo Boo Patches ever since.
Aqua is the Rainbow Scrap Challenge (RSC) color for the month of August. I don't think I have many scraps in that color but I do have several small chunks in a project box with some red and purple chunks that I set aside to make more Rolling Stone blocks so maybe after I finish up with my few aqua scraps I will work on my Rolling Stone UFO and make some aqua scraps.
Buckeye Beauty

My goal is 80 blocks for a 8 x 10 layout and a 64 x 80 quilt.
I now have 63 blocks.
I made a few blue ones too.
Potato Chip
6 inch block
My goal is 70 blocks and I now have 21.
When I am processing scraps I cut 1.5 x 2.5 rectangles for these and put them in the project box. Every once in awhile I look to see if there are 12 rectangles of any color and will pull them out to make a lock in the color of the month or if I need some leader enders.
And sew on...

Boo Boo Patches will be an interesting quilt, I think. Love all your Buckeye Beauty blocks. I cut pieces at 1.5 X 2.5 too. We're having cooler temp now, I hope you do too. Enjoy! ;^)
Awesome scrappy blocks!! Those Boo Boo patches are going to be so cute.
Boo Boo patches. They remind me of my 2024 RSC zipper blocks. I’m anxious to see all those together.

Wow! 260 blocks done! And without missing a beat you are just 17 shy of your goal of 80 for the next quilt. So impressive.
