Postage Stamp Sunbonnet Sue
Right now it is just a top.
I have to decide how to quilt it.I t will probably be quilted by hand.
39 x 44
2184 - 1.5 inch squares
I used a pattern Martha (Q is for Quilter) drafted from a vintage quilt she saw on ebay. Thanks, Martha!

How much fun is this!? :D Nice approach for a Sue quilt using a non-traditional technique for that genre.
Oh this is so cute--especially like purple girl with print background...adorable!! hugs, Julierose
This is JUST GORGEOUS!!! I love the sun poking through it. I also did these blocks, but I didn't know how to sash them. I LOVE the way you did it! Simply stunning. Now I'm inspired to work on mine. :)
Oh I remember seeing you post these as your made them for RSC. I forgot about the tulips in the corner. They look wonderful all together.
Not just a Postage Stamp Sunbonnet Sue, a Rainbow Postage Stamp Sunbonnet Sue!
It's absolutely adorable!
That is so darling, I would love to have one of those. Even though I have never cared for Sun Bonnet Sue, this is super!
Stunning winner here, wow and then you add hand quilting to it. I'm drooling!!
What a delightful little quilt top! Sunbonnet Sue quilts are always sweet, but the pieced background is just the icing on the cake.
wish i would have seen this before i purchased a sun bonnet sue die! I am taken with the idea of such small pieces.
Wow, that's great! Love the postage stamp borders around the blocks, too.
