More From The 1.5 Inch Width Scraps

For several years I've been trying to empty out my 16 quart 1.5 inch width scrap bin. I'm starting to see the bottom of the bin now that I cleared out all those brown scraps making Soul Searching In The Chocolate Box.   I've vowed to completely empty the bin by year end so I made a few more blocks for the collections I have in process.

These are 6 inch Eighteen Patch blocks.

4 inch Windmills

3 x 5 Switch Plate Blocks

12 x 14 Soul Searching blocks

6 inch Potato Chip blocks

I still have a few more scraps to use but I think I will make my goal of an empty bin by year end!

And sew on...

Love your 4” Windmill blocks. You are really focussed on emptying your bin of 1.5” strips and I’m sure you will reach that target by the end of the year.

Wow, an empty scrap bin is an ambitious goal. I find it difficult to use up every single scrap. Your blocks are turning out great.

I just indulged for five...maybe ten! minutes and clicked on each of your annual "finished" tabs. Now I am overloaded with colorful inspiration. (Just after my own blog post where I stated firmly that I am going to tackled the non-quilting to-do list today.) Maybe your inspiration will be the carrot to pull me along....Wonderful, all of 'em.

Holy cow, you're getting an awful lot out of that 1.5" bin! Looking good!

I spy some switchplate blocks. Careful - they are pretty addictive!
