Feathered Stars
They are easier to make than I thought so there will be more.

Wow, they look complicated! Another ongoing project in the pipeline.

They look great! Is there a magic formula out there for block sizes if your triangle squares are, say 2 inches unfinished? I have an abundance of them waiting to be added to a quilt top, one of these days.

I've always loved the look of feathered stars but have been afraid to try and make one. They look daunting. You say they are easy? How big are yours?

Much easier than the FS that starts with an octagon! The look is very effective.

Hee hee, I get it! I've never met a chicken that didn't think it was a feathered star :)
