Old Italians

I've been finishing up a lot of UFOs the last few month so treated myself to something new.
Old Italian Blocks
I'm going to use some of my 30's reproduction fabrics. I started with some reds.

Alrighty then. Another quilt block to add to my queue...
Will it be a red and white quilt or are you going to pull in other colors?

I like red and white in almost any quilt! ---"Love"

Sometimes you just HAVE to start something new in order to keep the creativity going. Your X blocks are great. (Reminds me of a Block Lotto block.)

That looks like fun! Thanks for the link to the tutorial. I like how it makes two blocks at once!

Similar to the Crossroads blocks I made a couple of weeks ago. These are lovely with red reproduction fabric.

I like the look of these, and Old Italian is a cool block name. I'd make it just for that.
