From the depths of the scrap chunks crate arises:
Burgoyne Surrounded
93 x 93
It's a top!
Since it's square here it is from another side since the last row dragged on the ground in the last photo. Since it's square I guess it can be used in any direction.
And on to the quilting pile it goes.

What a beautiful quilt top! I really love all the colours in it!
That is such a nice quilt top. Thanks for the link to the pattern. --Andrea
This is a gorgeous top. Thank you for sharing the pattern and the picture. Now I have another quilt to add to my wish list (sigh).
Your lovely top convinces me to move Burgoyne Surrounded up a few notches on my to-do list. How lovely.
I love how all the blocks look together - really fun! All those colors and fabrics playing together makes for a smile-inducing quilt! (definitely inspired to keep going on my BS blocks!)
Totally gorgeous! Congratulations on yet another beauty.
Pretty, pretty! Thanks for the link. Someday.......I'l make the attack---maybe!. ---"Love"
Beautiful quilt. Such a lot of piecing, but that great pattern and good piecing make for a stunning quilt. And I love the mix of colours, it all works, I think because of the travelling irish chain, it leads your eye across the quilt. Love it!
A wonderful quilt top! Love your gentle colour combo, but it's interesting how those little bits of darker colours add to the flow.
My goodness, you have out those blocks together fast! It's looking great,
Wow, it really looks good, Cathy. It seems like a fussy block, but in the end it has a clean, modern feel to it. Great job!
Love it--you have such beautiful colors in the quilt--very pretty!
Wow, it looks great! That's one of those blocks where a single block is sort of odd, but in large groups the pattern is really fun and interesting. Are the little 9 patch cornerstones a regular part of this pattern, or did you add them? So much criss-cross movement in this one!
It's fabulous! You have such an amazing eye for making beautiful scrap quilts!
Gorgeous! The End!
From the depths another gorgeous scrappy quilt arises!
You do have a way with making order out of chaos.
Super.
lovely top so the pile is growing!
It's beautiful 😍. I especially love that you used two background fabrics in each block. It gives your quilt such dimension.
It's gorgeous and I love it! I was wondering how you were going to do the sashing - whether with nine-patches for cornerstones, or a narrower version with one patches. (I think I'm going to go for the narrower version.) (But haven't really decided yet!)
Beautiful and didn't you just start this last week?!?!?! Wow - it turned out great.
It has been such fun to watch this quilt come together. I'm tempted to start one myself.

Wow, that was quick! I love how these look altogether; not at all fussy, despite being blocks with lots of bits, but somehow simple and striking.
