Light blue is the Rainbow Scrap Challenge (RSC) color of the month. Last week I decided I might have enough bits and pieces of light blues to make a child sized zipper quilt. The goal is 42 blocks and now I have 32 and I have the remaining 10 cut out.
This week I also added a few blue Chips to my stock. Blocks finish at 3 inches.

nice looking blocks....love the blue chips!
Love the zippers all in blue--I made scrappy ones and am not happy with how they look together :000 they have been "drawered" to see if they mello ;)))

Both delightful collections of blocks. The Zippers look gorgeous in those cool blues and the Chips are stunning, they really shine out against the dark corners.
Love your blocks and progress as always. For some reason, I seem to have fallen off your list to receive emails. I don't know how long it has been but I have recently noticed several that I haven't been hearing from lately. I decided that I'd better see if you were still posting or if something had happened to you. I am so glad to see that your are still here. I signed up again!
Like Pamela Arbour said, I stopped getting your e-mails for awhile and had to sign up again. This happened to several blogs I had been following. Those zipper blocks are cute in light blue.
I don't usually love zipper blocks but I DO love light blues in that layout! SO pretty and what a great child's quilt they will make.
Well, with the current downturn of the stock market, I guess it's a good time to acquire a few more blue chips.
