The round one prompt for the Stay at Home Round Robin (SAHRR) 2026 is "Hourglass". I am making three comfort quilts using the SAHRR prompts.

I'm a lucky girl! I received a box with lots of thread from Donna and a box of scraps from Nann. Oh joy! That means I get to sew with scraps and make lots more comfort quilts!
The Raggedy Ann and Andy Quilts will go to Wrap-A-Smile (WAS) when finished. Where the orphan block quilt will be donated depends upon the size when finished.
WAS partners with Rotaplast International to provide quilts for patients.
Rotaplast International, Inc. is committed to helping children and families worldwide by eliminating the burden of cleft lip and/or palate, burn scarring, and other deformities. Working with local professionals, Rotarians, and other organizations, Rotaplast sends multidisciplinary medical teams to provide free reconstructive surgery, ancillary treatment, and training for the comprehensive care of these children. Rotaplast supports education and research towards prevention of cleft lip and/or palate. Our aim is to help local professionals build sustainable models for the care of these children, improving their lives and those of their families.

I have a fondness for Raggedy Ann. These will be lovely quilts.
What fun these comfort quilts will be to whoever receives them. [I read your blurb at the bottom about Rotaplast, Intl. My son was born with this anomaly nearly 45 years ago, and has many reconstructive surgeries, but there are so many newer techniques and therapies. (He is amazing.)] I love how the blocks around the outside edge bring a lively feel to these quilts. Looking forward to seeing how they progress!
Wow three quilts? Good for you. I'm skipping this year trying to finish some UFOs and tops needing quilting.
