Sawtooth Stars and Sixteen Patches
60 x 84
It's a flimsy! It's a top! It's an unfinished quilt!
I started making blocks in 2018 and then set them aside for awhile.
Homespuns, flannels, ticking, stripes, plaids and shirts.
Sawtooth Stars and Sixteen Patches.
This completes my OMG (One Monthly Goal) which was to assemble at least one top from the block sets in my "Some Assembly Required" box.

I like it! What was your reasoning for the colors you chose? I'm trying to figure out how you came to choose what you did. (Colors are often an issue for me and I don't see a method to your choices though I like them).
Congratulations! It's a beauty! Love the homespuns, ginghams, tickings, and all mixed together wonderfully. Great job!
Love the combination of sawtooth stars and 16 patch blocks. The combination of colours and variety of fabrics is perfect for these blocks. What a great flimsy. It looks snuggly and cuddly already!
Your speaking my love language.... and I just added another to my bucket list!
Congratulations! I know how good it feels to get a quilt to the flimsy stage.
This will become a quilt with a million snuggles :-) Looks like an Heirloom.
Those colors blended together so very well, and it will be a very nice quilt when finished!. ---"Love"
I love the stars and they go together so nicely with the 16 patch blocks. Such a nice cozy looking quilt top with all the plaids, checks and stripes used.
What a cozy quilt finish that will be, Cathy!!

This quilt is so pretty, Cathy. I have always had a fondness for homespuns and stars. Happy quilting.
I love it. Do did a great job on it. My daughter-in-law would love it too! She likes plaids and checks!

Love this one. I always swoon over plaids!
Great job, Cathy! I especially love the stars with the red striped ticking background! They make my heart happy!
