The August Rainbow Scrap Challenge (RSC) color is blue-green. This year I've been working with scrap chunks in the color of the month. I cut off a 3.5 inch and 2 inch width strip of the scrap chunk and then make several different blocks that use both 3.5 and 2 inch pieces.
First I usually make Dove in the Window blocks.
Then I make some Buckeye Beauty blocks. I've been combining the RSC color of the month with shirts or dark multicolor scraps or dark red scraps.
Then I make Antique Tile blocks.
Then I make X+ blocks. For these I also look in my squares bin to see if there are any 3.5 inch squares in the color of the month to use.

What a lot of lovely aqua! xx
So many wonderful blue-green blocks! It's fun to track some of your fabrics through the series of different blocks.
I love ALL your scrappy aqua blocks, but those wild and crazy Xs are the best!
You have a lot of pretty blue greens in your stash! Fun to see what you've been doing with them. Your orphan block quilts from the previous post are wonderful to look at as well. Sewing blocks together for an asymmetrical setting is always a big puzzle!
So many pretty fabrics and I don't see any that I have! Love all your blocks - those tiles are great.
i love all your vivid colors! they're great- and a good variety of blcoks, too!
Super blocks, as always! Your variety of scraps never ceases to amaze me!

Pretty pretty blue-greens! Your blocks are wonderful! I missed your previous post, but on Diann’s recommendation I looked at your orphan block quilts too! Amazing,!
More great aqua blocks using a lovely variety of scraps.
Lots of pretty blues there! Surely you are almost out of those colors! ---"Love"
Blocks with a lot of zing to them!
It's always interesting to see your many RSC projects coming along each month.
