Double Four Patch

Six inch (finished) blocks.
I'm a little more than half way finished making the blocks that I started at the end of December 2021.
I've finished my goal of 60 light blocks with dark chains and now need to finish up my goal of 60 dark blocks with light chains. I think I have 30 of those 60 completed.
And sew on...

ReplyDeleteI think these Double Four patch blocks are really effective.
ReplyDeleteI have made a few double four patch quilts over the years but their colors have always been super scrappy. I have a mind to make two or three in controlled colors like blues, greens, etc. Mostly about getting the parts cut out so they can be sewn . . . Love the dark/light combinations in yours.
