I have completed my goal of twelve Sunburst blocks that finish at 20 inches.
And I remade the one that I was not happy with because there was not enough contrast. Now they are ready for assembly.

Oh gosh. We had a power outage yesterday for about two and a half hours. And then when the power came back on our router had no power so we had no internet. The tech from the broadband company replaced the router power supply today and now we are back in business.
That remade block is beautiful and I’ll bet you are happy you’ve fixed it :)
ReplyDeleteThat promises to be a really gorgeous and special quilt! Hugs, Nancy O.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love your Roses in December blocks!
ReplyDeleteSo happy to see roses in December! Nice work!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! I feel like I could reach in and pick those roses, so dimensional! Lovely. By chance, I just came to your blog from Melisa’s (Pinker n Punkin) . I’ve been praying to St Therese for a family problem and she is known for sending roses as a sign she is listening. So in addition to it being beautiful it has a bit of extra meaning for me. 🌹
ReplyDeleteThe roses in the centre of the blocks are so amazing. You have glorious prints in there. Hope the power stays on. Stay warm. ;^)
ReplyDeleteWonderful how you've used all those rose fabrics in each block, Cathy;))) So pretty--this will be a lovely piece...hugs, Julierose
ReplyDeleteThese blocks are just stunning! They look three dimensional. Really looking forward to seeing the whole quilt.
ReplyDeleteThose blocks are beautiful, Cathy. I'm looking forward to seeing the quilt.
