Double Four Patch

A few weeks ago someone sent me a bag with some completed blocks, some four patches and some 2.5 inch squares. Since receiving the bag I have been making blocks as leader/enders. I had a wonderful time looking at fabrics as they went under the needle. I am always amazed by what fun things show up in a little 1.5 inch square.
I think it has a vintage vibe.
And sew on...

Now that it has cooled down a bit some of my roses are blooming again.
I luv the layout of your 4 patches,it turned out beautifully my rose are still blooming as well
ReplyDeletelove the layout and all the flowers - so pretty my roses were awful this year and I will be clearing out some plants this fall - I don't know if I will get some new roses or not I have not had good luck with many of them in recent years.
