Bricks and Stepping Stones

It's a finish!
Made with 3 inch scraps last year. The top was finished in August 2022.
This month the theme in my sewing space is Squares and Rectangles and this little quilt has both so I decided it was time to find a backing and get it finished. I quilted it on my DSM with swirls.
The backing and binding.
And now it is ready for donation!
And sew on...
Cozy finish! I made one of these in red, white and blues as a vet quilt once- very forgiving pattern. Love all the different fabrics singing together.
ReplyDeleteYour quilt looks great, the design has really come to life with your quilting. Nice backing! I’m now going to guess that Hollow Nines will be your next finish? 😊
ReplyDeleteThis is another lovely finish, Cathy--you are really getting a lot done!!
ReplyDeleteI got "Helga" back yesterday--yay!!-- so I am going to set her up for quilting. I have 3 little table toppers and one Christmas wall hanging to quilt. I am looking forward to doing them. So nice not to have that chattering sound and uneven stitches...she really needed a tune up for sure!! Hugs, Julierose
Love it - so happy and colorful!
ReplyDeleteAnother great quilt, you are really on a roll with all your finishes!
ReplyDeletePerfect pattern to use up our collected scraps, I like the staggering effect.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun! And a wonderful bright back.
