Gone Quilting

It's September. It's getting cooler. I've gathered and pieced backings. I've joined a lot of batting pieces. I have what I think is a lot of thread. And I have piles and piles and piles of quilt tops.

My goal this month is to see how many quilts I can get quilted on my DSM.

Gone Quilting!

  1. Looking forward to your September posts. FMQ is my biggest struggle and road block to finishes. I found your blog this year along with inspiration for my Tablescraps projects. The bright orange and pink daisy pieces caught my eye, too. Good sewing!

  3. Well, you have been busy organising supplies for your September DSM Quilting marathon. So, how many quilts do I think you will polish off in 30 days? Knowing how you whizz through projects I wouldn’t be surprised if you Quilt 12 during this month. 😂

  4. I'll be surprised if you don't get at least 25 quilted! I will NOT be surprised if you get 30 quilted, one for each day this month! ---"Love"

  6. Cathy, you achieve more with your DSM that I can imagine. What a stack you have to work through! I have no doubt that the original pile will be much less; but, I also have no doubt that you will have finished another top or two or three as well!
