I was too lazy to put away scraps and chunks after I made...
...these two quilts, Pickle Dish and Petunias.
So I made a bunch of these units and turned them into...
...4 "A" blocks, 4 "B" blocks...
... and 24 "D" blocks.
After I make 24 "C" blocks I'll be ready to assemble a Fractured quilt (from Making Quilts with Kathy Doughty of Material Obsession).
Unfortunately I don't think this will make the scrap pile I was too lazy to put away last year much smaller.
Time to see what others are scrapping about....Go look. You know you want to!
Oh, wow! I have the strangest feeling I'm going to love this quilt...
ReplyDeleteGorgeous colours. I am looking forward to seeing the finished quilt.
ReplyDeleteAnother fun quilt!
ReplyDeleteNever mind it was fun trying to make the pile smaller and you have a quilt in the making! Thank you for linking up to #scraptastictuesday!
ReplyDeleteThis one is on my bucket list...in Orange and Hot Pink! Love it!
ReplyDeleteIsn't this a super pattern!! So many colour combinations we can use and change the settings too.
ReplyDeleteOh this is going to be a BEAUTY!!!! I adore scraps - especially the way you put them together!
ReplyDeleteTwo of my favourite quilts,so the scraps are bound to make something else I like and this looks much more fun than tidying stuff away.
ReplyDeleteOh those colors!!! Ah-mazing!!!
