Dresden Plates - the Blue Version

Each month I make four Dresdens in the Rainbow Scrap Challenge color of the month.  This month the color is light blue.  I make one with the RSC color plus b/w, one with the RSC color plus w/b, one with the RSC color and it's complement and one in just the RSC color.   All are on gray backgrounds and have gray rick rack around a polka dot center.

  7. What a nice variety you get by doing those four variations. Have you used the same four types each month? Lovely Dresdens.

  12. Did you just start adding the black and white to the dresden plates? That is going to really tie the quilt together nicely in the end.

  18. How tradtional! I can't believe I have never done a dresden block. Maybe I should at least do a table topper.
