Triangle Stars: It's a Top!

Triangle Stars
56 1/4 x 75

and I made the stars from small scraps cut by hand and the background was cut from scrap chunks.
And I made blocks in the Rainbow Scrap Challenge colors of the month.

It's just a top for now and will go into the hand quilting pile.

This is fab. I hadn't realised from looking at the individual blocks how much they trick the eye into thinking they are moving.

That is wonderful, Cathy! The stars are so fun to look at, lots of bright and happy color! I've loved seeing those blocks individually, but they are really great all together.

Each of your stars were so wonderful on their own, I wasn't certain how well they would get along together in a quilt. Spectacular is the answer.
