Green Piece

from scrappy bits and pieces
One of my many Rainbow Scrap Challenge projects.

Each month I find I hardly have any light/pastel scraps in the color of the month.

I think your greens are a lovely mix, but if you need some more light ones, just holler!!

I have mostly medium to darker tones in my stash, too. Only a few neutral scraps survive as they get used quickly.

I have the same problem with lights and pastels. (Mostly because I've never liked pastels...)
I love these stars with all my heart!

Your block is amazing, looks so complex. I use lime for my light greens, more cheerful. I like the blues you have added. Bits of different colors seem to spark it up. Keep up the good work!.

Interesting! After watching your magic with prints, I purposefully started looking for white background small novelty prints to get more contrast in my blocks.

I am very short on lights and about time I was shopping for some. Problem is I've just seen a colourful new range of tone on tone which I would love! Even though you say you were short on lights this month you still another beautiful star!
