In the Pink Again

Seven 8 inch Kaleidoscope blocks.

From the kaleidoscope leftovers - a couple of 16 patches and lots of four patches.

Same  3 inch block...just different arrangement of colors. These use 1.5 inch scraps.
At the top are my nine inch "butterfly"  (aka beggar) blocks.  I plan on 56 blocks and I think I now have 34.
At the bottom are spool blocks.  I think I now have 477 and plan on over 700 for a large sized quilt.

Got Scraps?
Use them up and show us what you've done with them each ScrapHappy Saturday.
Looks like pink might be the Rainbow Scrap Challenge color of the month for another week!

Your kaleidoscope blocks are looking amazing.

Lots of nice blocks piling up there--are you going to pread them into many quilts or keep all pinks in one? That is always my question on my stuff...hugs, Julierose

"Cathy," a fine young quilter of pinks,
Couldn't sleep a full forty winks.
She's eat tons of toffee,
And drink lots of coffee,
And she saved more money than Brinks!

Oh My! You are aiming for 700 spools! They will be overtaking your workroom before you know it. LOL They are very sweet.

I can't imagine where you are storing over 400 spool blocks and more to come! Quite the project you are planning!

Oh no...I missed out on the instructions that February is frog month. As usual, I'm tuckered out by all you've accomplished. Oh wait...no...it was the snow shoveling.
